Gina Caceci-Gallagher
Gina Caceci-Gallagher, president of Talmage Associates,
is a training and development consultant with over 25 years of sales,
management, training and education experience. Talmage Associates
specializes in helping organizations increase results through customer-focused
selling methods, business communication skills, and management development.
Ms. Caceci-Gallagher works with a range of audiences,
including new hires, front line employees, managers,
and executives. With front-line experience in field sales, business-to-business
telemarketing sales, technical support, and customer service, she
brings a broad background and expertise to her projects. She is
skilled at facilitating learning among diverse groups.
During her 10-year career in the demographic/marketing
information industry, Ms. Caceci-Gallagher moved
from sales representative to vice president of sales and marketing.
Working with small businesses to Fortune 1000 companies across many
industries such as financial services, franchising and healthcare,
she helped corporations understand, and use, internal and external
information for target marketing and strategic
planning. She was also a successful account manager for Digital
Equipment Corporation, focusing on the higher education and technical
markets.
Since 1994, Ms. Caceci-Gallagher has specialized
in facilitating workshops that help clients manage more effectively,
deliver exceptional customer service, and build strategic selling
skills. Some of the companies she
has worked with include AXA Financial, Biogen, Cisco Systems, Deloitte
& Touche, Duke Energy, DuPont, J.P. Morgan Chase, Kaiser-Permanente,
and Merck.
As a member of the Resource Network for Boston-based
Forum Corporation, Gina is certified to teach
Consultative Selling Skills, Dynamic Selling, Influence: Collaborating
for Results, Achieving Service Excellence, Coaching for Service
Excellence, Collaboration Skills: Creating Value through People,
Exceptional Management Practices, Presentation Skills, and Strategic
Prospecting. Gina is a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator? (MBTI)
instructor.
Ms. Caceci-Gallagher is an energetic, flexible,
and creative facilitator who consistently receives outstanding evaluations
from workshop participants for her ability to create a challenging
and supportive learning
environment and to give insightful, balanced feedback.
Ms. Caceci-Gallagher holds a Bachelor’s
degree from Ithaca College and did graduate study at the State
University of New York at Brockport under a grant from the U.S.
Department of Education. She belongs to the International Society
for Performance and Instruction (ISPI) and is a member of the American
Society for
Training & Development (ASTD) and the American Management Association
(AMA).
