Results By Design can build an internal or external cadre of coaches to support your organization.

External Coaches
Our external coaches have significant experience working with high performers, individuals who are struggling in new positions, or getting ready for new opportunities. In addition, our coaches have worked with derailed executives, managers, and individual contributors.

We match the coach to the person being coached. Our goal is to identify a coach who will fit well with the individual being coached. Our coaches are supportive while strongly encouraging clear commitment and behavioral change. We use a variety of assessments and tools during the coaching process.

Internal Coaches
We can help you build a cadre of internal coaches, drawn from high-performing individual contributors or managers. We have developed coaches through training and ongoing support and supervision. Internal coaches can be highly cost effective while providing a wonderful career opportunity to stretch an employee. We can provide coaching certification and key tools to ensure an effective coaching process.
