Our Team

Lorraine Carulli

Ms. Carulli has spent the last 20 years as a management consultant working with Accenture Consulting (U.S.), Forum North America and Europe, The Center for High Performance Development (U.K) and Shaun Smith & Company (U.K), and as a principal with Uncommon Associates. Her focus has been on helping senior teams in North America, Europe, and Asia work together more effectively to deliver profitability and growth. She has extensive experience designing, developing, and facilitating leadership, sales, and service training in the retail, engineering, biotechnology, financial services, and manufacturing sectors.

Most recently, Ms. Carulli has been working in the U.K. providing leadership training and coaching to clients in a variety of industries. Her work providing leadership training to Branch and Regional Managers of a leading U.K.High Street retailer has resulted in an increase of 5% in revenue and a reduction of 15% in labor turnover. Another current client is a European-based investment bank where her work involves individual and small group leadership coaching at executive levels, with the goal of retaining high potential executives during the current turbulent financial markets. The program has been running for nine months and the results have been judged so successful that the bank has renewed for another year.

Last year Ms. Carulli designed and developed a three-day consultative sales training program, followed by a one-day follow up implementation/action planning training session (to be delivered three months after the initial program). The program included customized case studies and has been delivered to 120 salespeople in the United States and Canada, with plans to roll it out worldwide. The client has indicated that sales are running well ahead of last year. In addition, a recent major sale (about $800,000) was made to a customer that they had been locked out of for years. The Account Executive reported that he wouldn't have gotten the sale without the training.

Lorraine’s clients have been drawn primarily from the ranks of large public, financial services or emerging technology companies, including Orica Mining Systems, Irving Oil, Schering Plough, Kraft General Foods, John Hancock, Citibank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Genzyme, The Argos Group UK, and Verizon.

Lorraine holds a B.A. in English and a doctorate in Education from the University of Massachusetts. She has lived in New England, Florida, London and Paris, and worked with clients across the world. Lorraine currently resides in London, UK.
