Our five-step COACH Approach™ includes:

on the goals of the coaching process: how the coach, the coaching
client, and other key stakeholders (such as the coaching client's
manager, Human Resources, etc.) will work together

The process includes setting expectations around what
the coaching process will look like (how many sessions, how frequent,
over what period of time), the expected outcomes, and the process
of balancing confidentiality
for the person being coached with updates to the key contact, as
appropriate.
The work typically includes coaching an executive,
manager, or individual contributor over a period of time, in weekly
or semi-monthly sessions where we work on a targeted set of issues.
