Facilitator Development

We work with our clients to develop the facilitation skills of internal resources.

For skilled facilitators, this may focus on the content of a session—typically through a "walk-through" providing guidance and delivery tips.

For new or evolving facilitators, we offer videotaped practice sessions that are customized to their needs. These can focus on process facilitation, learning content, or both.

Facilitator development can be supported by detailed facilitator notes designed to provide facilitators with the tools and information they need to be successful.
