Elizabeth Gilligan
Elizabeth Gilligan has developed and facilitated training for a variety of public and private sector firms for the past twenty years.
Ms. Gilligan began her career at Fidelity Investments as a registered representative, learning Fidelity’s core business. She was promoted to sales trainer, and later specialized in instructional design and development. Elizabeth ended her tenure as Vice President of Global Training, responsible for brokering and customizing training programs across Fidelity’s thirteen international call centers.
As an independent consultant for the last eleven years, Elizabeth has designed, delivered, and facilitated programs to both corporate and not-for-profit audiences including:

Ms. Gilligan’s clients credit her with wonderful facilitation skills. She can “read” a room quickly and is able to adjust her approach based on the needs of the group. She has a wonderful sense of humor which is an asset in complex or conflict-oriented situations. She has a calm, but focused style. She recognizes when group members help a group move forward and is comfortable identifying unproductive behaviors that can slow progress. People find themselves quickly at ease with her.
Ms. Gilligan is a graduate of Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio and has a B.A. in Spanish and Business. She lives in Medfield, Massachusetts.
