Our Team
Carol Kane
Carol Kane is a consultant and facilitator specializing
in leadership, management, and client focus within organizations.
She helps her clients achieve the business results they want by
supporting individuals as they focus on the areas that will make
them most effective.
Ms. Kane has designed learning solutions in the
areas of creativity and innovation, management development, leadership,
sales, team building, and customer service. She is a certified Myers
Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) instructor. In addition, she provides
media coaching for executives and authors who appear on television
and in print.
A consultant since 1989, Ms. Kane has experience in design, development,
and facilitation. Some of her major client engagements have included:
- Designing and facilitating customer service curricula for mutual
fund and health insurance companies
- Repurposing classroom content to a blended learning solution of
online learning and synchronous support sessions plus e-simulations
Ms. Kane has worked extensively with the Bank
of England, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Dow Corning, DuPont de NeMours,
ExxonMobil, GE Capital, Liberty Mutual, Mellon Bank, NatWest, the
Sara Lee Corporation, and the Vanguard Group of Mutual Funds.
Prior to becoming a consultant, she worked in
several management positions with the Sara Lee Corporation.
Ms. Kane received an M.S. in Education from North Texas State University
and a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising from the University
of Texas, Austin.
