Nina Newbery
Nina Newbery has over 17 years of experience
designing, implementing, and facilitating training programs to maximize
managerial effectiveness, ensure smooth system conversions, and
improve customer satisfaction. She has delivered training in customer
service, career management, interviewing, referral selling, workplace
respect, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills. In addition,
she has significant experience in facilitating technical and systems
implementation training.
Ms. Newbery has experience in designing material for classroom
and online settings. She ensures that learning is interesting, fun,
and engaging so that participants effectively absorb the learning
content.
Ms. Newbery has also provided organizational development consulting
services including coaching and organization design.
Ms. Newbery’s clients have included Harris Bank, Bank of
Montreal, and Hewitt Associates.
Ms. Newbery received a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University
and an MBA from Loyola University.
