Our Team
Christina Olex
Chris Olex is a corporate trainer and facilitator
specializing in team and management/leadership development. She
works in partnership with a wide range of clients to design, develop,
and deliver professional programs.
Ms. Olex has experience in all stages of the training process—from
customer management to delivery and evaluation. Her skills fully
encompass the "ins" and "outs" of organizational
development, with training in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Her programs are designed to promote teamwork, improve communication,
and stimulate creative problem solving through safe, yet challenging
elements. She has designed and developed programs serving ten to
500 participants.
Ms. Olex is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™,
Effective Intelligence™ through Connective Intelligence Inc.,
and Emotional Intelligence through the Institute for Health and
Human Potential. She also runs a scoring center and consults on
the Denison Organizational Culture and Leadership Development survey
instruments. As a Master Facilitator for Leapfrog Innovations, Chris
is actively involved in program creation, design and execution,
as well as program logistics.
Ms. Olex’s clients and partners include Columbia Business
School Executive Education, Deloitte & Touche, Federated Department
Stores, Fidelity, Linkage, Novartis, Pfizer, Tyco amd Wyeth.
In the past, Ms. Olex worked with Orion International, a management
consulting firm and Aviat, a developer and distributor of materials
for human resource consultants and trainers. She also worked with
the University of Michigan’s Challenge Program—an outdoor,
experiential, team-building low and high ropes course. Through these
roles, Chris designed and delivered a variety of team-building and
performance enhancement sessions. In addition, Chris has conducted
product support research, tested future materials for the marketplace,
and compiled and reviewed survey data.
A graduate of Bradley University, Chris holds a Bachelor's degree
in Psychology focusing in Organizational Behavior and Leadership.
She also actively supports the AEE International Conference, has
been a participant in Outward Bound, and has hiked the 2,200-mile
Appalachian Trail.
