Challenge: Build the capabilities of the management team as the company moves through growth phase; work with senior management to create an environment of trust and collaboration.

Solution: Met with senior managers and CEO to identify challenges in the business and the executive team; conducted a working session with senior managers to identify issues; created a plan for sharing issues and potential solutions with CEO; brought CEO and executive team together to discuss issues and agree upon solutions.

Client: Not-for-Profit Organization

Challenge: Improve the customer experience.

Solution: Reviewed external research on customer experience; conducted internal research on existing approach to customer service; recommended changes to communication processes, revisions to reward systems, implementation of service recovery policy, new method for tracking and responding to customer comments/complaints, and training for all employees.
