Amy Judith Tananbaum

Amy Judith Tananbaum founded Results By Design in 1996 to serve clients with practical strategies for increasing business results.

Prior to founding Results By Design, Ms. Tananbaum held the position of Vice President and Senior Consultant for The Forum Corporation. Her responsibilities included developing and managing client relationships, providing consulting and training services, and managing a network of over 300 independent consultants.

Prior to joining Forum, Ms. Tananbaum managed the Human Resource function of Adage, Inc. a manufacturer of computer graphics workstations. In this role, she orchestrated the human resources strategy for two acquisitions. She managed the selection, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits functions to enable this organization to meet its business goals.

Ms. Tananbaum began her career in brand management for Procter & Gamble, where she was responsible for marketing and promotion for products in the Packaged Soap and Detergent division.

Ms. Tananbaum is committed to providing pro bono work in the greater Boston area. She has worked with a wide range of not-for-profit agencies and organizations to support their growth and development.

Ms. Tananbaum received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. She earned a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political science, where she attended on fellowship. She also completed an M.B.A. at night at Boston University with a concentration in organizational behavior.

Ms. Tananbaum is a member of the Human Resource Leadership Forum and the New England E-Learning Asociation.
