Our Team
Sharon Weber
Sharon Weber has over a decade of experience
in facilitating management, sales, and customer service programs.
She began her work as a facilitator and project
manager after participating in Forum’s Face-to-Face Sales
Training course. A modern dance choreographer, she had taken the
course to build her sales and marketing
skills. As a result of her experience, she made a career change.
She is certified in all of The Forum Corporation’s customer
service, sales, leadership, and project management programs.
During the past several years, Ms. Weber project
managed a major project for the US Postal Service, where she was
responsible for management of process improvement teams, project
budget, communication systems, and recognition events. She worked
with teams to identify problem areas, examine root cause, generate
solutions, and implement new processes that led to significant improvements.
Later, she led a project for a major regional bank where she was
responsible for management of the design, development, and delivery
of sales and service training for branch managers and staff.
Ms. Weber's clients include American Express, Clifford
Chance, Deloitte & Touche, EMC, Fidelity, Liberty Mutual, JP Morgan
Chase, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Massachusetts Housing Finance
Agency, MetLife, TAC Resources, the United States Postal Service.
Ms. Weber has facilitated training in the areas
of business development, customer service, professional development,
career management, project management, consultative skills, and
leadership. Her audiences
have been in the professional services, retail, manufacturing, financial
service, and service industries. Her participants have included
associates, managers, senior managers, and executives.
Ms. Weber’s participants consistently comment
on her energy, enthusiasm, and ability to bring content to life
in a way that moves them to begin the journey of change. She earned
a BS degree at University of Massachusetts.
